Limited Liability Partnership “Analyst Research Consulting Group” (hereinafter referred to as “ARC Group LLP” — was founded in 2014. The company’s office is located in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2016, ARC Group Limited Liability Partnership has been a licensee of the Republican State Institution “Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety”, the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic and has a state license for export, import, installation, adjustment, modernization, installation, use, storage, repair and maintenance of aircraft equipment and spare parts.

SAFRAN

Development of joint cooperation

In the period from 2014 to 2021, several significant agency agreements, cooperation agreements with foreign state / commercial enterprises, companies were signed and productive work is underway on these agreements.

In 2018, ARC Group LLP entered into a distribution agreement with the world leader in the field of optoelectronics, avionics and electronic systems, Safran Electronics & Defense.

Today, the company is the exclusive distributor of Safran Electronics & Defense in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and promotes Safran products in these countries. The main customers of the products are government agencies and law enforcement agencies. There are realized state orders. From 2019 to 2020, the company supplied optoelectronic systems (thermal imaging binoculars, thermal imaging binoculars-rangefinders, rangefinders) to the Republic of Kazakhstan, for a government agency.

MAGNUS AIRCRAFT

Development of joint cooperation

Since 2019, the ARC Group has been an official partner of Magnus Aircraft Zrt. The Magnus Aircraft team has over 10 years of experience in the research, development and production of UL, LSA and VLA aircraft.

The leading development of Magnus Aircraft is the Fusion 212. Together with Magnus Aircraft, work is underway to promote the Fusion 212 project in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The essence of the project is to create a joint production of Fusion 212 aircraft in the center of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Astana. A project is also underway with Magnus to create an unmanned aerial vehicle based on the Fusion 212 light-engine airplane.

Development of joint cooperation

In 2022, Safran specialists visited the Magnus plant in Pécs, Hungary. During the meeting, they discussed the integration of Safran’s Euroflir 410 optical equipment on the Fusion 212.

Negotiations are under way on this project.

ARC GROUP

o Scope: Manufacturing of several panels and structures of the helicopter fuselage, tail boom and elevators

o Start of delivery of first panels: mid of 2025
